2 months ago I bought a DELL N5110 laptop. 2 weeks ago I got an error message saying Power surge on USB port. After few days that USB port stopped working completely ( which is in the back side of the laptop.) Please look in to this. What can be the issue..??? Is it with the motherboard or the USB port..??? Can I repair it..?? If can how.???
This is what your warranty is for. Contact Dell Support now. You should not try to fix hardware yourself. You should have contacted Dell as soon as it happened.
