Hey all, I am having a couple of problems, one technical, and one not so much.
My techinical problem is that my laptop has essentially died. I left it alone, on my living room table for about two hours, while I took a nap. When I had returned, it was just dead. It was stone cold dead. Would not boot up, plugged in, or not, it just wouldn't boot. I cannot recall if I had left it plugged in or not, but I am more inclined to say it wasn't, as I was just browsing the web before I went for a nap, and I usually only plug it in for game perfomance. I have really no idea, what caused it. I've had no recurring problems with it, whatsoever. So I am really baffled by this.
Secondly, I cannot find for the life of me my service tag number. Underneath the label where it is supposed to be, there is a six digit letter and number code, however everywhere I plug the number in, it tells me it's invalid. There also seems to be no 'express' service tag. I recieved the lap-top for a birthday present September of last year, so I am assuming it is still under warranty. Is there any other location, or number that I am missing here? I cannot get anywhere as far as tech support without it seemingly.
