I am receiving a Windows 7 Startup Repair Loop
The system has tried to repair itself 30 times now with no luck.
None of the F8 startup options are allowing me access to any functionality, it just keeps restarting me and pushing me back into the Startup Repair utility. I think this may have been a the result of a Windows Update but I am not sure.
The error log from the Startup Repair is giving me the following info:
6.1.7600.16385
21200966
AutoFailover
CurruptFile
Locale ID: 1033
Any suggestions?
If you have not yet done so, run an extended (NOT just quick) hard drive diagnostic. F12 at powerup -- boot to the Dell diagnostics.

The directions in that link state that I need to login as the admin. I unfortunately am unable to login to windows as I can not get that far past boot.
Can you get into Safe Mode (F8 at powerup)?
No luck on safe mode.
I ran F8 boot with out restart on system failure and I got the following bluescreen
STOP: 0x0000007B (oxfffff880009a9928, 0xfffffffffc000000d, 0x0000000000000000, 0x00000000000000000000)
Does that help at all?
I am having the same issue. I tried safemode and booting from the cd, nothing works. it goes straight back into the startup repair program.
I am having the same problem. Did anyone ever resolve it?
