For our Dhaka office server, we need to purchase five 2TB HDD.
Service TAG of our server -XXXXXX
I have requested quotations from DELL partners (tree of them, found at your website) but got only one respond. And this partner does not have enterprise HDDs, only end-users HDDs. Second partner probably not exist anymore (email bounced with "550-5.1.1 The email account that you tried to reach does not exist"). The third partner keep silence and do not reply for emails.
May you advise whom should we contact in Bangladesh to sort out our request ?
