Report Unresolved Customer Service Issues here: Dell - Unresolved Customer Service IssuesI do not work for Dell. I too am a user. The forum is primarily user to user, with Dell employees moderating.
I've never heard back from Y.Y. Viewing his most recent posts he has not logged into the forum and/or checked his PM for quite some time. As well, I never received an email or PM from him nor do I think that he ever posted the firmware package for the GDR8162B to his Yahoo! briefcase. Y.Y., I hope you're okay? I did manage to get into The Firmware Page's site (forum.rpc1.org) but I received a gateway timeout response when trying to download the firmware package for the GDR8162B from their site. If I should stumble onto something, I'll use RapidShare or MegaUpload to share. I'll post a direct link for download to this thread should I get my hands on the firmware package.
