I was able to install an NVIDIA GTX 280 with no issues. The Dell XPS 720 H2c has 1KW power supply and its good enough to power any new video card as long as its a PCIe x16.
Thanks for the information but I've just purchased and installed 2 x GV-N75TOC-2GI - Gigabyte GeForce GTX 750 Ti OC, 2GB GDDR5 (128 Bit), 2xHDMI, 2xDVI (SLI mode) and works perfectly fine.
