Hi - My primary hard drive on my XPS 9000 was getting olderso I replaced the original factory 1.5TB with a new 2.0TB drive. It took some work and Paragon's Drive Copy  software but I finally got a bootable larger 2.0 TBdrive. Boots every time and works fine. Using Windows 7.0.

Then it got weird, I reconnected two other drives (both 3.0TB) and the XPS was slow to boot frequently ending up with a BSOD. I tried swapping cables, power lines, connecting the drives one at a time and always the same thing - whenever a second or a second/third drive were attached the boot process was quite different.

I examined the new hard drive and didn't see any switches or anything configurable. Seems really odd - ideas, anyone?
