Power supply help for Studio XPS 435MT

This question is answered

Hey everyone I'm kind of new to all of this and I'm wanting to upgrade my Graphics card (ATI Radeon 4600 HD) which came with it.  But I was wanting to upgrade my power supply first and the stock that it came with maxes out at 350 or 360W.  In the future I was wanting to add more memory because right now its at 6G.

I didnt know if this one is compatible with my desktop or not?

If this one isn't please let me know one that is, Thanks!

Also if you could help me out in any way with suggestions on a new case and new memory or a new graphics card thanks, I'm thinking about doing a multiple monitor display so i didn't know which graphics card I would need

Specs:

Windows 7 64bit

ATI Radeon 4600 HD

Power supply 350W

Memory 6G

Intel(R) Core(TM) i7 CPU  920 @ 2.67GHz 2.67GHz
