There was only one driver for that system HERE
If you are having trouble install it, a possilby cause might be not reinstalling the drivers in the correct order as outlined HERE

Probably also explains why my few other devices don't seem to have drivers either (video/sound/etc).
If I recall correctly (yesterday was a long day), when I inserted my Dell resources disc, it just started on its own, and I didn't really get the chance to do my own order.
If this doesn't work, could it be that I've got to wipe it clean and start the XP install over and try and do the drivers in order??
Thanks, it worked. Actually the link you gave me pointed to a network utility file, but after I got to looking at the few other files listed in that section I saw the driver listed above it.
I was also able to get my video and audio drivers loaded.
