Sorry again to sound argumentative and a pain but I was told how to do this, step-by-step over the telelphone by a Dell representative and did it whilst on the phone and it worked lol so now I'm confused.
But yes I did this [The Ctrl/F11 option] the second time I needed to do this. - But as I said in my original post this time around the Ctrl/F11 option is not working for me. I've tried it several times but it goes straight past and continues on, to the 'Windows XP' load screen :(
