WIN98SE is compatable with USB 2.0 but Microsoft does not support this. That means 3rd party drivers are needed to support this.You need to install the INF updater and then the WDM driver patch (AUDIO QFE) and the USB 2.0 Driver for WIN98SE.DELL does not support DOS or WIN98SE anymore.
