Hi , I am trying to restore my dell zino hd to factory settings using dell data safe local back up , when my pc restarts after clicking restart in dell data safe local back up . I get a message coming up saying " windows failed to start a recent hardware change me be the cause . info : the rejected entry could not be loaded because the appliaction is missing or corupt

Sorry for not responding. If the OS restore utility does not work, then you will need to perform a manual reinstallation of the operating system. You'll need your Dell reinstallation disc to do this. If you did not receive one, you can order replacement discs from here.
