Yes, that system definitely supports Win 7. Dell provides drivers, available on this page, for XP and Vista, but you should be able to find Win 7 drivers as well.

What I would do is to go to the Microsoft site and research the features of each then decide. Home Premium is fine for most users.
You can always upgrade Later to Pro or Ultimate using windows anytime upgrade.
For anything you cannot find WIN7 drivers for use the windows Vista Drivers.

Here is a link that says it is officially supported. As the other users said, it states to use the vista x86 drivers for windows 7 x86 (32 bit) or the vista x64 drivers for windows 7 x64 (64 bit).
