I have tried numerous times to update my Dell Support Center. Each time I get error 1306 Another application has exclusive access to the file C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Application Data\SupportSoft\DellSupportCenter\SYSTEM\state\logs\sprtcmd.log. Please shut down all other applications, then click Retry.
I don't think I have any other applications accessing this file...what do I do?
Try uninstalling the Dell support center, then go to downloads to get the newest version.
Since this is not really a hardware question, you might also want to look in the software forums for ideas. I think there have been a number of problems reported with the new support center.
