Dimension 9200 ~ Hard drive size limit ?

This question is not answered

Opened my 2006 Dimension 9200 for the first time today, it's been running XP SP3 and it's been very stable for me. Problem is I'm running out of hard drive space, upon opening there appears to be a 250GB WD Caviar SE ~ WD2500JS. My question, is there a max hard drive size limit ? As I would ideally like to install a 3.5" 1Tb internal hard drive, there appears to be room for another hard drive but I've been reading you can only have a max of 2x 500GB ? My second question is I understand that you can only use SATA drives, are SATAII drives backward compatable ?

No limit, you can install any current available SATA hard drive.

SATA 2 hard drives, are backwards compatible to SATA 1.
