I tried to make a purchase on Dell outlet couple days ago but order number was never generated. Since then, I have been on the phone for hours talking to Dell Outlet Sales Agents, Customers support team, Dell Financial Services and Dell Verification department. I was told that my account was on-hold but no one able to tell me why or not able release the hold. They keep referring me to each other Dell departments for support. Not sure what to do to release the hold on my account. Thank you in advance for your cooperation.
