This guys sales me a warranty for Alienware 17 R1. I was not interested at the first because I was

planning bought a new Alienware 17 R4. But, This guy promised me that I CAN MOVE THE WARRANTY

ON MY NEW DEVICE AND I CAN CANCEL IT IF I DON NOT NEED IT IN THE FUTURE. However,

Today I called customer service and they told me I can not transfer it or even cancel it. 

IS THAT HOW YOUR BUSINESS WORKS DELL?

FIRST, SELLING PRODUCT THROUGH A LYING SALESMAN,

THEN, KICKING CUSTOMERS ALL AROUND DIFFERENT DEPARTMENT ON THE PHONE
