I spent a lot of money to buy the Dell product i now own and it seems that they don't even have proper service. I can't transfer the ownership to me because it shows that "My service tag is invalid". i need technical support but they won't help until my product is registered. I purchased it from compuindia.com, around 2 weeks ago. I want it solved ASAP.
Only your vendor can assist - find out from them why the service tag is not valid. If they cannot tell you, return the system to them for a refund.
I am from India and I bought it from compuindia.com which is an official Dell partner. So shall i complain to compuindia team or someone else?
