I bought a new Dell Inspiron 15 3567 from compuindia.com and it was delivered on 04-Jul-2017. But since then, my service tag and express service code is not reflecting anywhere on support pages. I have also raised complaint on July 07, 2017 but not completed yet. What to do now?
Contact the seller from whom you purchased the system -- only they can assist.
I have already contacted seller. He forwarded my concern to INDIA CSB CARE email. They registered complaint with number 950548748 but not resolved from a week.
I would then insist the seller resolve the problem, or issue a refund.
If the tag isn't being transferred, it may be a grey-market system (imported other than by Dell) -- or a used system from somewhere, etc.
What I have to do now?
I would strongly suggest you proceed as above. Insist the seller provide the transfer, or a refund.
