I have a 20gb cloud backup account but keep getting emails to say that i have not backed up in the last five days and my dell software says my subscription has run out even though i paid for 12mths on the  10/3/14 have i done something wrong any help would be nice, just got a email tonight saying that my account has been reinstated but i noted that this email has a ref number ending 402 but my payment email has a number ending 791 is this the issue
