Dell c6145 usb/floppy redirect

Hi,
I am wondering about the redirection of usb disk from my desktop to a c6145 poweredge using the remote managment console.
It appears that there is some cached version of the usb that is presented to the server. When I detach the USB from the remote managment console and then redirect my usb again, after editing files on the usb, the new files are not shown in the version presented to the c6145 poweredge.

I've tried quitting my web browser, and starting another remote management session, however, it has not helped.

Any ideas?
