jt5o1, To use the Dell download manager you must have the Windows .net framework installed (use Windows update). Though it's not made clear by Dell, you DO NOT need the manager. Go into your browser settings and delete all Dell cookies (or clear all your browser cache). Then go back and choose "download using my browser" when you select the file for download. You will then not need the Dell download manager at all. Rick

Strics, First try this. Hit the Windows Key and the R keys at the same time. Type services.msc Hit enter. Look for Windows Audio. Make sure it's set for automatic, then restart the service. What happens? If this did not work, then please post in the Desktop/Audio Forum . Rick

John, Error 1203 is a very interesting error code. Here is what I found out about error 1203 It's mean your catridges overflow even from brand new catridges after a several prints or right after you refilled the catridges. Check to see if ink are smeared on the holder where the contact panel with the catridge. I have the same problem which I think lexmark have a proble and overlook. Solution: I use the klennex with a few drops of water to dampen and clean off those contact on the holder and my

Chris, Sorry but Dell'snkjet printers do not support Mac's. Your printer was made by Lexmark for Dell, so you might get lucky and find some drivers there. Rick
