All: An update to my original post above. Unfortunately, Dell no longer has a price match policy in place for products purchased. Should you have any questions regarding a recently purchased product, please refer to Dell's Online Return Policy (Link: http://www.dell.com/content/topics/global.aspx/policy/en/policy?~section=010#total ). If you have any additional questions, please contact Dell Customer Care directly for assistance.

Hello: I'm sorry to hear of the problems some of you have been experiencing with your orders. Having said that, I will take the feedback provided here and submit internally so that Dell management can be aware of some of the delays you have experienced. As Hrova stated above, Dell acts as a 3rd party in reselling many electronic products. From my understanding, when a product is out of stock, there may be times where Dell will accept the order based on the fact that a new shipment is expected

CEL35: If you send friend me and send me the Order number from the Dell W2607C, I'll be more than willing to take a look at the account information and make sure your problems have been recorded. However, without an extended service contract for the unit, we would not be able to offer a replacement. Our warranty replacement program is in line with industry standards and those of our competitiors.
