I purchased 435MT back in 11/08, and now I'm going through the exact same problem. Freezing tends to happen with IE8, WM running, with great temps per speedfans and okay memory usage. Has anyone figured out a solution to this?

I recently purchased a Dell XPS Desktop PC that came with a fantastic laser mouse. Problem is that the mouse accidentally broke, and i was trying to purchase the same product for replacement, but I cannot for the life of me find it on the dell site. Any help would be appreciated it. There is dell laser mouse that I found on the shop site, but there are no pictures of the mouse, and I'm not exactly certain whether it's the same exact mouse.

well i tried the customer service section, they said they don't deal with 'technical' issues and I should try some other place. But has anybody bought a 4600 recently, I guess, does it have a zip drive? b/c I wanna know whether I have to order one, I'm getting this for somebody else, and they need a zip drive as they do a lot of stuff with zip.

I'm not sure whether this is the right forum, but I was wondering whether zip drive is included with the dimension 4600, b/c I didn't find any mention of it in the tech specs, and there is no add-on option for the zip in the customize page???!!
