You may not have the latest video driver install go HERE and download it.Note that when you click on the download button make sure you select the option to download using the web broswer option. There is nothing else you can do with the video as it is a chip soldered to the motherboard. Also note that this is a 3 year old driver and if this does not help there is not much more you can do besides get an new system.

My Palm also does not work with active sync on win 7 but it will work with a wireless setup. you might want to check to see if you have that option..

There is no CD file on line to download. A couple of options are Go HERE if a US customer and request set of disks. Since this will take a while this is your next option. Go HERE for a list on what to download and the order to follow to reload them Then go HERE use the enter your service tag option to par the listing down to drivers for your particular build You can use any compute to download the files, then put them on a thumb drive. My next suggestion is to make individual folders for each file

You cannot upgrade from home premium to pro it must be done with a clean install which means you will have to reload all your programs and data. So if that is your choice you need to do complete backup of your current build. As to the recovery partition it may or may not work after the change to win 7.
