Hello, If your Studio 1555 has the Radeon™ HD 4570 video chipset, then you found the correct file. I would suggest you reboot the computer in safe mode and uninstall the current video from the add/remove software option in the control panel. Reboot the computer and try to reinstall that driver file again. Let us know what happens. Regards,
