After upgrade to Internet Explorer 8, I did not like it and tried to go back to IE7 with "System Restore. This wiped out both IE7 and IE8. I then installed Firefox 3.5 to get back my Internet Access. Now I am having e-mail problems, I am unable to enter any text in the body new messages as well as with replies and forwards. I also noticed that the text controls (Bold letters, underlines, etc) are grayed out . There is no way to place the cursor in the message body box. Receiving, opening and

I just installed a fax program (v 5.1) from the windows XP disk and it is sending faxes, but when I push the "preview fax" button, I get the error message: quicktime failed to initialize (error# 2093). After digging around on this site I found that quick time is an apple program, and can cause problems. My question is, how can I make the fax preview change so it uses another program for viewing? I searched all over the fax program setup,but could not find any info . Any help would be appreciated

I want to install Microsoft Money 2006 Software in my new computer, and since the disc that came with the software is two years old, I am wondering how to assure that I will be abel to upgrade to the latest version. Tried the Microsoft site, but they don't even list anything older than Money 2007. Can anybody help me ? Thanks, guenter

Due to problems with MacAfee software, I am told by MacAfee that the MSN programs "Windows Defender" and "Windows Live Safety Scanner" are interfering with the MacAfee programs, and need to be removed. They also indicated that I should contact Microsoft on instructions how to remove these programs. However Microsoft referred me to Dell, since I purchased the SW with my PC. So her I am and I am wondering if there would be a problem if I removed both programs via the "add and
