I had a similar problem, and I was told I was going to get a refund in 10 days, but its about 60 days later and I still have no refund, so good luck on yours. What in the heck has happened with Dell? Chris

James, why do you say '"If you challenge Dell, you will lose"? That's exactly what I plan to do if I don't get anywhere. I don't have money to just throw away and I am not going away. I wany my $124 refund, and if I lose, I just lose, but I don't see how when I was never given any tech support service. Chris

Hi, How do I post to the community complaint area and how do I make a complaint to Dell? I see it, but do not know how to post there. I recently had the worse experience with Dell, and it went on for about a week and the problem is still not solved. They kept charging my credit card for services I did not receive. They would put me on hold and sometimes not even come back to the phone. This went on for about a week. They have the very worse customer service I have ever experienced. Maybe Dell doesn't
