    Make sure you have that option turned on. Check in "Control Panel," "Power Options," "Advanced Tab". Make sure in the options box "Always show the Icon on the Taskbar" is checked and choose Apply. If it is checked then remove the check and click Apply. Then go back and turn it back on.

    Look on the Dell Support, put in your TAG number and then go to "Drivers & Downloads" options for your PC. Check the Applications option. I know I downloaded the Sonic Application for my DVD/CD. It may not be the best, but it does work using that software

    I am assuming you have only the one PC attached to the Comcast Modem. You didn't say whether you were using the Wireless LAN or have an Ethernet cable. Does it fail on both? If you have been using Ethernet and not the Wireless you need to try each on separately during the failure. Have you tried using the Ping command when the internet is not responding? The ping command is built in to the software and is used to validate point to point communications. To use it, goto Start, Run; when the Run
