computer is still under warranty. And will try to talk to them on phone, but... it seems like it's a software issue. power is going to drive. drive not spinning but it does make some noise. Anyone loose ability to read CD's.
I did some self test and it says it is working properly. But it also says put a disk in when there is a disk in the drive.
