I try to dual boot Windows 7 x64 with existing Windows 8 x64 on my Alienware by turning off the secure boot.
It started booting to efi but hang at the Windows logo.
Anyone can help ?
Well, first of all ...
If you want to use the Windows Boot Manager ... I think you have to install Win-7, then Win-8.

Actually, what I want to do is to use VHD boot into Windows 7 so that I can have a separate development environment.
Tried booting from Windows 7 DVD and it does boots up but hang at the WIndows logo.
If I need to install WIndows 7 first, that would means I have to rebuild my Alienware M17R4 with WIndows 7 which will wipe everything from my Alienware.
