i bought my alineware last year and now my computer is shut down. i can`t go into the system. when i called the dell tech support, they said my service tag was locked and used by another person. it lasted for about two weeks for them to solve this problem. but i still can not get any help with my computer.
Please call Dell customer service. We are not able to help with problems like this.
