I was born in Texas, but spent most of my formative years in the great white north of Alaska. There was little to do during the long cold winters but game and tinker with computers. There was also flying down mountain slopes at 98 miles per hour with overgrown toothpicks strapped to your feet, but not having a deathwish, I chose to game and tinker.
At the age of 20, I decided to move southward for a warmer climate. I missed and landed in Minnesota for several years instead. I finally came to my senses and moved to Austin. I've been here for the past 10 years and have no plans to relocate any time soon.
I've been a gamer all my life. As the Dell Consumer & Gaming God Liaison, I get payed to play video games interface with the gaming community, and it suits me just fine. Being a gamer myself, I know that gamers are a peculiar breed, and therefore enjoy peculiar things.
For a first date I enjoy long walks on mutant-infested beaches, troll-slaying expeditions, or blowing up internet spaceships for lulz.
