My mother's Dell AIO 922 had stopped working after IE8 installed so I uninstalled back to IE7 and knew I had used a patch once before to remove the printer fully so I could start over but couldn't remember where I saw the info. Typed in the printer model number and there was your post! I have to help my mom by remote assistance so I am greatful that the help was posted and easy to find!!

V305 wireless problem

Many many thanks for all of your help, I rang Dell support today who advised the problem was my wireless key only having 10 characters and to extend it to 13, once I did this I set up my wireless no problem. Yippee! I hope you had a nice couple of days away from the forum, bet you were itching to get back?!.

this is embarrassing, but i discovered that my wireless switch was not on--which is why my computer didn't pick up wireless. thanks for the advice!
