I reported my failure 10/16/09, it is now 10/24/09 and my xps sits collecting dust, still no repair. I get no responses from dell. I have reported the issue to the Better Business Bureau, they have already replied and now dell must reply to them by 11/2/09. I encourage everyone else to do the same.
