  • I am trying to install a new hard disc but the Lattitude D600 won't boot from the OS CD

    I have a Lattitude D600 laptop, running Win XP Pro, SP 3, and when I installed a new hard disc (WD1600BEVE) the laptop won't boot from the OS CD, or the Western Digital Windows or DOS CD).
