  • Upgrading the video card on a Latitude

    So here's the thing... I love the pointing stick, trackpoint, nipple mouse - whatever you call it, I need it. Can't live without it. I also love to game. Right now, my only option is to spend a lot on a Precision M6400 (drool....) or M4400 to get a pointstick laptop with a Quadro graphics card...

  • XPS M1330 is better spec'ed than my Acer, but the Acer plays games better??

    I have a vostro 1700 running on Vista Business. My problem is that I have no sound when starting the game. The sound seems to disapear long after I exit the game unless you reboot. Later I found out that restarting the Audio service in window services will bring the sound back on. I have a sigmatel audio...
