I am having the same issue. I got a replacement I honestly thought it was somethign else so I waited a while. But indeed it is the monitor, they sent me a replacement of course the same model and it having even more issues than my last. Also, I can say that it does only happen when my brother plays games...

OK....I just bought a Dell IN1910n Widescreen monitor from WalMart....The included diskette contains the drivers for Windows Vista....I am trying to get the proper configuration between my Video adapter and monitor....My adapter only supports up to 1200x something and I need the adapter to work at 1366x768...
