  • Poor Customer Service - Dell doesn't play nice

    I just called Dell because my laptop is experiencing all the symptoms ocf the NVIDIA 8400 chip failure. The colored lines, the nv process failing,etc. I have to turn the system on and off sometimes 25 times before the screen works correctly. I just called Dell and the guy "Kaiden" who answers...

  • Black screen after seeing Dell

    I need help I am getting a black screen after the first screen saying DELL loads up???? I ran a diagnostic test and got ERROR CODE 0142 can anyone help me?
