  • crackling sound+m1730

    I have an xps m1730 and the audio makes crackling noises every time I turn the laptop on. Then if I turn it off and then back on the problem stops. I have upgraded from Vista to Windows 7 and the problem is still there. I have the latest drivers and all my software is up-to-date.
