  • Precision M4300 Bios problems with last two BIOS revisions A12 and A13

    If you use the D/Dock with the Precision M4300 (and probably the M2300 and M6300 as well), quad monitor support is lost. No matter what I do, I cannot restore quad monitor displays using two vidoe cards (one PCI card in the D/Dock). The system will only detect one card. My guess is that the new BIOSes...

  • D830 Video Driver

    Any word on when Nvidia and Dell are going to get together and make a driver for Windows 7. The driver on the Nvidia Site does not work with the Latitude D830 (from experience and from Dell support something to do with the chipset) And, to date, Dell does not have Windows 7 drivers

    The guts.. Dell D830 with Docking Station Jaton Video-558PCI-DLP (Nvidia GeForce 8400GS) PCI card Downloaded the latest drivers from nvidia, installed.. no worries.. however I am getting error code 12 stating that it's conflicting with another device and to disable other the devices it's in conflict...

    I recently reloaded my D830 from scratch with Windows 7 Ultimate. The audio from the D/Dock would not work. I solved the problem by using the VISTA 32 BIT Sigmatel audio drivers from the Dell Support Site. You might also try the D/Dock FX-2 update. FX2_A04.EXE
