By upgrading to the 3.0 firmware you already have the associated oids in the switch. You will now need to import the latest MIBs into the Solarwinds browser to access any changes to the new switch firmware from that browser. If that doesn't work Solarwinds may need to update the port-mapping script...

The 6248 does support the Q-BRIDGE-MIB:dot1qTpFdbTable. I can see all of the dot1qTpFdbPort and dot1qTpFdbStatus entries under the dot1qTpFdbTable for my 6248 running 3.0 firmware. Make sure you have this latest firmware that is available at support.dell.com under "Drivers and Downloads Table OID...
