I have a dell dimension e521 computer and whenever i put a cd or dvd in the disc drive the computer doesnt recgonze it, play it, or anything. I cant burn cds, rip cds, watch movies, play cd roms, or anything. Can you please help me find a solution to this problem. Thnx! =]

I insert my CD into the CD drive and it takes it, but then Clicks and spits it out. I ran a Dell Diagnostic and Looked too see if there was any updates for the drivers which didn't have any updates. I have run various tests including the BIOS one and tried to update the drivers but the drive is nowhere to be seen.. I should add that the drive was working fine up until today.
