    Hi, I recently upgraded my Dell Studio 1735 to Windows 7 pro. I went to synk my phone and determined that bluetooth was not working. After a little more investigating i determined that bluetooth does not show in the Device Manager nor in the control panel but the bluetooth light is on. I have 7 Pro installed...
