well, that's the thing.
I've been trying to sort out a mistaken order cancellation (mistaken on their part. They took the money, but cancelled at the same time) by either getting Dell to finally ship my laptop, or by refunding my money.
The indian-call centre reps don't speak english or even understand. And upon filing a complaint, I got a reply- which turned out to be automated, as I got the exactly same after complaining again, from a different person- because the first one did not reply.
I can't seem to get hold of anyone who knows or understands anything. I just want my system OR my money, so I can at least start looking somewhere where they give a darn about their paying customers.
