Transition from Vista (32-bit) to Win 7 (64-bit). PLEASE HELP!

I am about to embark on the process of converting my Dimension 9200 system from Vista 32-bit to Win7 64-bit. My system is configured as follows:
- Intel Core2 Quad Core @ 2.4 ghz
- 4 gb RAM
- 1.5 Tb [2 x 750 Gb, Raid 0] internal hard drive

- nVidia GeForce 8600GT display adapter
- Dell 1907FPV analogue monitor;
and the following peripherals:
- MS LifeCam Show
- Samsung ML2510 monochrome laser printer
- HP Scanjet G4010 scanner
- Canon Pixma Pro9000 printer
- WD MyBook Home external HD, 1 Tb.
- WD MyPassport portable HD, 325 Gb.
Principle software in use includes MS Office 2007 Ultimate, Adobe Master Collection CS4, IE8, Nero 9, TurboCAD 15, etc.
What new drivers do I need and where do I get them? What do I have to do to prepare to install Win7 64-bit? What else do I need to know? (I am NOT in any way a computer techie, I'm just a user.) Please help!
