Printing received fax on 942 All in One Dell Printer

I have received and printed several faxes over time, and have never had this problem:

Upon accessing the fax (successfully receive-9pages), and upon clicking on the print option, the result is 9 blank pages.

What is going on, and how can correct it?

I would appreciate any and all advice.

Thanks,

Joe Friedman

Joe Friedman,

Can you copy a document when you put it under the glass? B&W and Color?

Start, all programs, Dell printers, your printer, Printer Setup Utility.

Make sure you have the boxes selected that you want.

Thank you "Pudgy One":

Yes to the first question

I can print any other documetn , therefore, would I not assume that the parameters you refer to - "Start, etc." are all in order.  Printing this particluar fax from the Fax Console In Box is the problem
