file won't delete

I have a file on my computer that won't delete. It is located in My Documents.  I have tried to delete it using Unlocker and Safe mode and it doesn't delete. Also a new problem is that I can't delete GoToAssistFiles.

Thanks for the tip, but somehow, the GoToAssist files deleted today. I have no idea why, but I still can not delete the file in my Documents Folder called Fw Have a stress free day.  Even tried installing Spybot Search and Destroy. It deleted another file I had in My Documents, but not the stress free file.
