This is typical McAfee blames DELL and DELL blames McAfee. When I had McAfee (It came with my comp), I registered the software in McAfee´s web page. I got my user and # account through McAfee and all updates and patches came through McAfee. Have you registered your Security Center?. If you have done so, you have to download and install the latest McAfee version to W7 through McAfee web page.
