Bunch of crooks

Lied to me to get my business....told me i would get a free upgrade to Windows 7,,,,,investigated it and took the word of the guy who sold it to me, and then told me i had no recourse, I had gone as high as i could in the Dell organization.  Bunch of crooks, Bunch of crooks, Bunch of crooks.....I will spend the $200 on Windows 7 and get my own version, and Dell doesnt have to spend any money on my behalf.  I hope you all put it to good use because I hope to still have a lifetime of buying computers and NONE of them will be Dell.  All of this could have been avoided but you are short term thinkers and dishonest crooks....Have a nice life...
